Jake takes pride in being an experienced and skilled advocate for his clients both inside and outside the courtroom. Jake represents clients throughout the state of Texas in complex marital property and custody litigation. Although most of his cases resolve amicably, Jake has tried custody and marital property cases to juries, judges, and arbitrators and is known for his skill in the courtroom.

Jake devotes a significant amount of time giving back to the community by serving as a pro bono advocate for victims of physical violence and sex abuse. Jake is a member of the Pro Bono College of the State Bar of Texas. Jake he has been honored with the Judge Suzanne Covington Pro Bono Service Award and also recognized for his pro bono work in the University of Texas Alumni Magazine. When not in the courtroom, Jake is a devotes his time to his toddler and new born child.
