Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and AV Preeminent Rated by Martindale-Hubbell, Travis prides himself on his detail-oriented, accessible, matter-of-fact approach to law. As a founding partner of the firm, Travis focuses his practice entirely on complex family law matters and is dedicated to providing reasoned advice, legal acumen and professional service to his clients. With compassion and empathy, Travis maintains a composure and level-headedness that serve as a voice of reason during complex negotiations or litigation.

As the co-author of several legal articles dealing with Cyber-Evidence and Business Valuation, Travis helps keep the firm on the leading edge of the latest developments in family law. He has been a speaker at various legal seminars on the use of Soberlink – Alcohol Monitoring, drug testing, the use of Guardian Ad Litems and Attorney Ad Litems and co- authored a guide to preparing for and passing the Board Certification Exam.

Travis balances the rigors of practicing law and running a small business with the help of his wife Jami, a fellow family lawyer, and their two boys, Will and Tate. He uses his experiences of parenthood when approaching his clients’ cases; while each case is unique, some are best understood when viewed through the eyes of a fellow parent. In addition to spending time with his family, Travis also enjoys playing soccer, watching Longhorn sports and hunting.
